Flow virtually and step on your mat and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of movement with a 30-minute slow flow as your instructor guides, empowers, and encourages you to move with ease. Following, immerse yourself in a 30-minute soothing sound healing bath allowing the tranquil sounds of crystal bowls to wash over you, promoting relaxation and inner harmony. 

Let the movement and vibrations resonate through every cell of your body, providing a meditative and rejuvenating experience. You can ensure you will leave feeling more grounded, connected, and raised to a higher vibration than when you arrived.
