Group Yoga

At Connect Yoga, we believe that the power of yoga is amplified when practiced together. Whether you prefer the energy and camaraderie of in-person sessions or the convenience of virtual classes, we've got you covered. Join our vibrant community and embark on a transformative journey towards improved physical health, mental well-being, and inner peace.


Sound Healing

We use the power of sound healing to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, realign the energy centers within you all through the vibration of sound. Both private 1-on-1 and group sessions are available to accommodate your needs.



Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath

Flow virtually and step on your mat and immerse yourself in the vibrant energy of movement with a 30-minute slow flow as your instructor guides, empowers, and encourages you to move with ease. Following, immerse yourself in a 30-minute soothing sound healing bath allowing the tranquil sounds of crystal bowls to wash over you, promoting relaxation and inner harmony. 



Yoga Classes

Join us for weekly virtual monthly classes. Our classes will leave you feeling stronger, more grounded, and connected to yourself. All levels and all ages are welcome to flow.
