New Moon Yoga & Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the energy of the last new moon of the year with gentle movement and a relaxing crystal bowl sound bath.

We'll begin our experience with a brief letting go meditation, releasing what is no longer serving us and making space for what's meant to be, followed by some gentle yoga to release any stagnant energy and tension in the body. We'll then settle into a crystal bowl sound bath allowing the vibrations of the bowls to promote deep relaxation, better sleep, stress relief, improved awareness, and so much more.

A variety of hot tea will be offered at the end of our session.
